Ripto looks better in the ps1 version than the reignited trilogy

I had to watch a video of the original gulp fight because I was having trouble with the reignited fight and a lot of people were saying the fight was wayyy easier in the original and this sure does look much easier

I thought Crush was easy in the remake but Gulp was frustrating so it kind of balanced out.

Gulp was so much easier in this version. That I spent time trolling him as a kid.

Getting that skill point of beating him without getting hurt was HELL in the remaster. They made Gulp so much faster with his body slam, his bombs much bigger and homing in on where you’ll be rather than where you were and the birds took FUCKING FOREVER to come in and drop weapons. I do appreciate them making him harder still, it was satisfying as all hell to finally beat him even without the skill point.

I hated Gulp when I was young. When i was 5, 6 or sorta, it was impossible for me to defeat him. When I was older I finally did it, but it was terrible to be stucked for years because something like this. However, I do like Gulp and Crush now, by far the best villians in all Spyro games. They look awesome in reignited trilogy.
